Happy running dog.

A message from Dr. Wagnon to our clients, pets and clinic friends

To Ravenwood's wonderful clients, pets and clinic friends,
In the last month I have been diagnosed as having an uncommon type of tumor in my abdomen. I am fortunate enough to have a great medical team that whisked me off to Mayo Clinic and Mayo has set up a treatment plan for me. I will be receiving chemotherapy for 6 to 8 weeks then returning to Mayo for surgery.

Until further notice I am only cleared for administrative work, consulting and teaching. This is for both for physical reasons as well I do not want to compromise my patient?s care by being distracted or not able to give them my complete attention. I miss my patients SO MUCH, but their care is the priority.
I must thank my amazing staff for keeping the clinic on step and following my wishes for great patient care. They are so also very tolerant of me poking my nose in where they have already taking care of things.

Thank you to all of you for your positive, warm wishes, the caring is beyond words. I plan to follow instructions (I read all my dismissal sheets!) and get back to floor as soon as I can.

Please hug all your pets for me and I will continue to pass on up-dates as things change.

Thank you being who you are,
Susan Wagnon DVM
