ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN Ravenwood Veterinary Clinic (RVC) currently has an open position for a full-time or part-time veterinarian. RVC is a privately owned clinic in Eagle River, Alaska. Our team works seamlessly together to offer high quality patient care and maintain a healthy working environment.
Ravenwood was founded in 1990 and has since become a well-established companion animal clinic that carries a very loyal client base. Our fully equipped hospital offers medical care to dogs, cats and exotics. We offer acupuncture services as well. We work closely with board certified specialists to provide the best possible care for our patients. Our staff is dedicated to client education. RVC has a well-trained technical staff to assist with appointments, diagnostics, and surgeries.
We offer a 4-day work week, with 1 hour paid lunch and 1 hour paid phone and file time. Weekends are not required, but available if interested. Doctors are not required to see any drop off appointments on top of their already full schedules. We offer a competitive compensation package with a signing bonus for the right candidate. Health insurance, paid vacation, allowance for dues, organization memberships, continuing education, Simple IRA match, generous pet medical discounts, and a cohesive working team are all benefits of working with our clinic.
If you are tired of corporate layers, long hours, and getting out of work late, please consider working with our team. We strive for a healthy work-life balance at our practice. Please reach out to Erika Darrah with any questions or to set up a tour.
